I was searching for something real English, local, with heritage, that last long and be remembered. Having bought few ties for myself from R A Smart, I did he right choice this time. The tie is perfect quality and pattern. This will go far abroad to Crimea to relative. I picked up tie personally from the company’s site near Adelphi Mill. There are still I can see large machinery working with silk. It’s a great place to visit with a strong local connection and industrial legacy.

Incredible value for the money, wore it for Christmas event and received many complements on the tie. The lining is perhaps a bit on the thicker side, so do take this into account if you prefer thinner/no lining. I found the thickness perfect for a 4-in hand knot without being to thin of a knot.

A quality item,British made,what's not to like.
Although wearing of facemasks is now not compulsory in the UK, I still wear one on certain occasions ie in crowded places or on crowded transport. I found SmartOutlet masks comfortable and very effective.
I have found these ties to be first class, lovely designs, silk & patterns. Many makers have reduced tie widths, or lengths, but not Barnaby.
The ties are also very well constructed, plus, i have spoken to some staff members on the phone, & find them to be very pleasant to deal with.
Such great face masks.
